That’s so nice!
Did you ask her how she’s doing too, after an hour of tugging on your tooth? Poor lady must be exhausted!

Haha! Actually I did say to her that she had had a good work out. She agreed and said she wouldn’t be needing to go to the gym tonight!
Today’s Desktop meal…Coconut Bai, Cottage Cheese, Pickled Sausage, Pickles, Pepperoni, Almonds, Pecans, 2 (2-Cheese) Cheese Burgers, Hard Salami & rolled Ham. (2 Squares Lindt’s Dark Chocolate)
And so dirty cheap
What is this? The avocadoes look lovely but I stopped eating them because of how high calories they are, working into my macros is too hard -maybe later on maintenance =) but you are on maintenance so that is awesome .
Welcome back and I am glad you had a lovely vacation and were able to stay quite Keto on it (read that on your other thread).
I am not on maintenance at all. But I stopped with the calories and am concentrated on healing my body and getting rid of my eating disorder (food addiction, undereating, fatphobia and binging) also I prepped guac for the next few days, not eating them all at once
Increasing muscle mass is more important to me than shedding those extra pounds, but one seems to lead to the other.
Lidl is a grocery discounter. Since I am going back to school for 2 years those savings come in really handy…
Oh okay! That is awesome that you are healing your body and overcoming so many things, that is terrific! I was thinking of the total calories for some many avocados, delicious though! but yes, makes sense if it is not all in one session. They are very expensive here, and well a lot of calories, so for now I am not eating them is all =).
I don’t think we have any Lidl’s in Canada, but that is great for you! Best wishes for success with your new course, very nice!
That’s the spirit!! the worst part is being told not to eat until the bleeding stops!
Glad you got some food in you. Have you tried a tea bag on the wound? Xx
@Momof5 I try not to be, but I’ve found it suits my ‘working mum’ lifestyle so well that I’ve just gravitated towards it…maybe it was meant to be this way I don’t know. All I know is it’s less meal prep and washing up and I like that!
Yes, for sure, it is really great for many people. I just really love my vegetables, so I don’t know if I am ready to forfeit them is all, haha.
Desktop lunch: 1/2 small quiche (with bacon, mushrooms, caramelized onions and sharp cheddar) some grape tomatoes and a seed cracker with cream cheese and Everything But the Bagel seasoning.
Sous vide thighs in my mini cooler (.50 at a garage sale) it took 10 minutes to come up to temperature. 155 degrees for 2 hours. I saved the juice for a future curried mushroom sauce. The skin was seared to crispy golden brown. Dipped in Kerry Gold butter. I sipped on the leftover butter… my wife’s too
Funnily enough she did suggest that! I’d forgotten. It seems to have stopped at the moment, but I have just taken my Apixaban so it may start again. It seems ok when I just sit quietly! An opportunity to indulge my lazy side
Don’t get me wrong when I fancy them I have veggies. But since I started eating three meals a day, I need to try even harder to keep the carbs low So I may as well just eat meat!
