What Did You Keto Today? The Trilogy!
Well you are not really missing much! A good mature cheddar or stilton is much nicer.
No offence to the French you understand😁
No Ma’am, not that I’m aware of, or at least I’ve never looked for it. But I’ll look around though.
Broke my Fast just over 71 hrs. … Roast with Radishes, Bacon, Pepperoni, Pickles and Olives.
My husband asks for cottage cheese. Some places will sub, others say there’s a charge.
Ugh I’m a texture person and I can’t get past it with cottage cheese
Chicken Artichoke Ham and Brie Scones
Leftover fathead style Scones, Bacon, Deep Purple Sauerkraut and Tomatoes with Dill Weed.
Nice lay out! This is usually my go to on the weekends.
… I like that pepper too. Looks like it has nice large pieces/specks than what we use. Is there a brand or name for this? Or is it self-ground?
Dave, yes - a coarser grind than what one often finds. Even with “regular” pepper, most shakers have such small holes that a lot of it doesn’t come out, or only comes out with prolonged brutal shaking. The lid on this one has 5 mm holes (~1/5 inch) so it’s controllable but also easy to give a hearty sprinkle or make a nice layer or lay down a heavy bed or foundation. (Sorry for the reflections in the picture - I’m cursed with fluorescent lights in my office here.)
This could be a public service announcement on how not to grill lol…darn it, just can’t make uniform burgers or not flame grill them no matter what

@Digital_Dave I buy McCormicks brand coarse black pepper, but the one @OldDoug posted looks much more coarse and I want it
I have an $8 OXO Pepper grinder and I buy whole black Malabar Pepper from Amazon. I think it was less than $10 for a 12oz bag. I love the aromatic quality when you grind it fresh. It’s a whole other level of flavor. I like being able to adjust the grind. And I use it everyday so it’s worth it like grinding my own coffee every morning.
