I had a prime rib last night, but it was about 1/3 the thickness of that and not cooked to perfection. It was OK, but I felt like going in and giving the cook a short lesson on screaming hot grills and lots of butter. :smiling_imp:

Bit of breakfast this morning… Bacon, Sausage links, fried Eggs and some Tomatoes. Couple slices of regular Tomato and some Pineapple Tomato too.

Flattop griddle again with my new egg rings. I made little omelettes along with European wieners and off the bone ham all cooked in delicious bacon fat.

It feels a bit dodgy I must say, but I had a temporary filling kit and some oil of cloves so I have done a mini repair job☺!

Lunch at Nono’s.
I stirred up the fried eggs to dip my bacon and sausage in. The piece of ham was pretty big so I packed it out. This was called their no carb breakfast

I love things like this! We often have ‘bottom of the fridge’ soup, ‘bottom of the fridge curry’ or one-hit wonders made out of barely-unidentifiable stuff found iced-up in random unlabelled poly bags in dark corners of the freezer…!

Only problem is when you end up with something incredible, but due to the random nature of its parts ends up as totally unrepeatable!

I guess I could just start labelling things properly!
