Salad tonight - chock full of lovely tangy sauerkraut - to accompany a chicken-skin spring roll, devilled eggs and a huge pile of delicious fermented cucumbers.
Oh, and lemon and lime mousse for pud. Because it’s Thursday.

Thanks @CandyLindTX I’ve figured how to eat a good amount of fat and protein with ease but I’m finding that my calories are a bit high everyday. I’m not going to worry though. I’m just going to trust the process and let the gym do the rest

Turkey, Jarlsberg Cheese, Fresh Basil and Sour Cream Scramble
I’m on a no chew diet for a week or two again because of oral surgery yesterday. So lots of eggs, cheese and ground meats the next couple of weeks. I’ll be glad when this dental work is finally done. I have been in the process for the whole time I have been on keto and it gets boring without some bacon and steaks!
It is awesome that you are a Master Chef though so can always figure out a beautiful looking meal, even with the limitations due to the dental work at the moment. It looks very nice =).
A quick Keto-meal for my TMAD… Eggs, Bacon and fried Spam. Now off to make two more Cheese Cakes for the weekend.
Sliced Cajun turkey sandwiched between two slices of farmer’s cheese from the deli with a schmear of mayo, and green bean chips. It’s too freaking hot to cook.
I threw this 3-egg omelet together with juicy leftover pot roast, pepper jack and cheddar cheeses, topped with habañero salsa and sour cream. Cooked in 2 pats of butter. Oh my gosh… my throw-together meals are never this yummy. I still have half left for breakfast tomorrow. Now I know what to do with leftover pot roast from now on!

Ketofied Swedish meatballs made from pork and beef with a side of freshly picked summer squashes in a brown butter sauce and topped with Parmesan. I didn’t want to cook tonight. I’m so glad I did it anyway.
Our AC went out last night and wasn’t repaired until a half hour ago. Mama ain’t cooking ish.
Salad with rotisserie chicken and homemade Creamy Feta Dressing and a trashy keto cream soda.
