Leftovers! The theme this evening is “Crap, I need to use up the feta!” The slop in the ramekin is Lebanese Ground Beef and Spinach (it came from a Lebanese friend’s mom, and doesn’t have an actual name. It was just made in their house, weekly, but with rice added) and salad.
