@DoggieMom subbed butter for the coconut oil, ditched the stevia and used a mix of erythritol and allulose. And added 2 teaspoons of Medaglia D’oro Instant espresso this time go put a mocha twist on the recipe. You have the zucchini covered from the looks of it! :cowboy_hat_face:

:+1: I know this feeling all too well. :slight_smile: By coincidence, it was just happening as I was reading your post, and while I was eating. :smile: … Associate Director stopped by to just chat, and pick up some Tomatoes, Squash and Cucumbers I brought in, and sat there talking about work. But I just continued eating while we spoke, which made him hungry. :smile: Said he was going downstairs to eat a Cucumber for lunch. … But yep, it happens all the time. Only thing is, I had to pull out one of my AirPods, so he did disturb my Music though. (Was listening to Pink Floyd’s, The Wall.) :slight_smile:

Today mid-day… Sardines, Vienna’s, Pork Rinds and Potted Meat, Swiss and Cheddar Cheese, Pickles, Olives, Cherry Tomatoes, Pepperoni, Hard Salami, Ham, Greek Yogurt and 90% Lindt’s Chocolate.

No worries!

I remembered eating radish shoots as a garnish in a restaurant once so figured I couldn’t go far wrong! Brought six fat radishes complete with leaves back from a visit to my parents this afternoon - for deliciously lip-smacking reasons the radishes themselves didn’t make it into the photograph - and I thought the pepperiness of the leaves would add a certain something to my scramble.

(Fortunately when I was briefly tempted by last year’s yummy-looking early parsnip leaves I was reminded in time that they are closely-related to hemlock! Didn’t try THOSE…! :mask:)

Just make a little sign that says “I’m on break, talk to me later” And put some earbuds with loud music playing and if people come to your desk completely ignore them like they aren’t even there.

After the excesses of the last few weeks I am back to normal today!


I have to say that from ‘curry night’, to a week of eating out every day with Mum and then Wimbledon yesterday, I have put on 1lb!:blush:After all those years of putting on 5 or 6lb over a holiday it is indeed good news.
Also, for some reason
I couldn’t eat it all! What the ruddy hell’s all that about😯

Congrats on only gaining 1 pound over your lovely holidays. You have done well, a lot of the meals you were showing us and eating were pretty Keto friendly, though. You enjoyed yourself, had some nice meals, and stayed fairly on track with Keto, so well done!!

So I was hungry and didn’t cook anything last night for me for today. So what’s a carnivore with a market across the street to do … go order a hamburger.

The catch, I didn’t want to wait 30 mins for them to cook the burger, so I just bought 1lb of their 80/20 ground fresh daily meat and a boursin cheese. :wink:
