What did you Keto today? Part Deux!

(Running from stupidity) #12

They’re pretty awesome!

(Ellen) #13

@juice, are you planning on emulating your fellow Aussie with those claws? Never tried pulled brisket, but that looks mighty fine Sir.

(Running from stupidity) #14

OK, I’ll sound super dumb here, but is this Hugh Jackman in something? (Russell Crowe is a Kiwi, so I know it’s not him, and I doubt Mel Gibson is doing anything these days.)

Righty, so how good is Google? I tried “aussie film claws” and didn’t get anything, but changed it to “aussie claws film” and Jackman in Wolverine shows up. Not that I know what he did, but still, I got that far

I hadn’t either, so how easy must it be if I can do this on my first attempt? Having said that, the claws made it it ridiculously easy once it was cooked, and the crockpot cooked it beautifully, so I didn’t actually do a lot.

(Ellen) #15

Yep, tis Hugh as Wolverine

I’ve got a slow cooker so may have to put that on the rota for trying.

#16

And you call yourself a journalist?

(Running from stupidity) #17

OK, so she got up to go to the loo and saw my Whatsapp message. At 1am…

Sorry, all she had were these screenshots, so I’ve tidied them up to try to make them make sense.

Titles are weird, but it seems to be the body (vanilla) and the icing (chocolate), not separate fat bombs.

Anyway, HTH.

Dinner time! Crepes! Basically same recipe as egg loaf. I like it much better as crepes! Also bacon and gin and soda. So. Good.

(Hyperbole- best thing in the universe!) #19

I can’t stop thinking about those crepes! I’m not a huge fan of eggs. I like an occasional egg salad or deviled eggs. Fried every once in a while if someone more skilled than myself makes them. Egg loaf I found to be too eggy. Not worth using my precious cream cheese to make. But damn those crepes were good.

(Jennifer) #20

Awesome! Thank you!

(Candace) #21

It may look like a hot mess, but it’s delicious. It is a quiche covered in Frank’s, turnip greens cooked in bacon, and half an avocado.

(Daisy) #22

Here’s what’s left of what I ate. It’s a ham, prosciutto, cheese and cream cheese roll up. I literally couldn’t even finish it. What is happening to me! Lol

(Daisy) #23

Um, recipe please and thank you! :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

(Gabriel G.) #24

This is going to be a hard adjustment to make.

(Running from stupidity) #25

On the internet, nobody knows you’re a dog, right?

Tis just above

(Daisy) #26

Lol that was NOT there before!!! :joy:

(matt ) #27

Turned the rolls into mini pizzas. The thicker side was like pan pizza or Sicilian. The thinner side was like hand tossed.

Matthead Pizza. Dare I say it?

YUM  I couldn’t find the yum emoji so went with party face instead - seemed appropriate!

I’ve always heard of Crepes, but have never had one, that I can recall? … May have to search them out, because I really do like eggs, but sometimes try making them in different ways just to change it up. - But whether I make Brown Eggs, Scrambled, Fried, Boiled, Deviled Eggs, etc. I won’t stop eating them because I enjoy them. … But there are times when they do come off eggy, and makes me want to share them with the pups.

We must be twinning today. My partner’s Father arrives from Brazil at 3pm and I have never met him before, apparently he is a big arrogant french man and I don’t like confrontation, lol. I just KNOW he is going to comment on my fasting and why I am not eating anything, and think he knows better. I shall bite my tongue.

Anyway back to my point, that looks so amazing. And not just because I am fasting!!
