Here’s what’s left of what I ate. It’s a ham, prosciutto, cheese and cream cheese roll up. I literally couldn’t even finish it. What is happening to me! Lol

Turned the rolls into mini pizzas. The thicker side was like pan pizza or Sicilian. The thinner side was like hand tossed.

I’ve always heard of Crepes, but have never had one, that I can recall? … May have to search them out, because I really do like eggs, but sometimes try making them in different ways just to change it up. - But whether I make Brown Eggs, Scrambled, Fried, Boiled, Deviled Eggs, etc. I won’t stop eating them because I enjoy them. … But there are times when they do come off eggy, and makes me want to share them with the pups.
We must be twinning today. My partner’s Father arrives from Brazil at 3pm and I have never met him before, apparently he is a big arrogant french man and I don’t like confrontation, lol. I just KNOW he is going to comment on my fasting and why I am not eating anything, and think he knows better. I shall bite my tongue.
Anyway back to my point, that looks so amazing. And not just because I am fasting!!
I go out walking as my method. I’m up to 10K already at 10:30am That may not be enough for today and I may have to double it later on when they get back here this evening. The next week and a bit (well, a few days therein) are going to be good for my stepcount, suspect
I guess it’s all about perspective.
I do know I hit 10k cleaning the bloody house last night even though it was clean and I was just anxious, lol.
Good idea though. I have told a few friends I may show up unexpectedly claiming refuge lol.

This is a common dinner for me. Pork belly, brussels, 1/4 an onion, crimini shrooms sauteed in pork fat and butter. Just S&P.
I mix up the meats and veg a bit, but it’s similar. I probably do this 3x a week.

This was lunch. Mushroom & leek egg muffins. Salad with cumcumbers, a hard boiled egg, 1/2 avocado, blue cheese dressing, a squeeze of lemon juice and fresh cracked black pepper.
Last night I had ribeye with green goo made out of cooked cauliflower and spinach blended in the Nutribullet with shredded cheese, heavy cream, butter, and salt & pepper… and it was lovely
Yesterday morning at work I had Brazil nuts and walnuts, and my own recipe of a keto shake (this time olive oil, hemp seeds, cacao powder, whole egg powder, sweetener, half an avocado, one whole peeled zucchini, and water blended together).
