Haha… Actually been asking myself that very same question since she brought them home. I usually do Chicken Gizzards a few ways, either putting them in a slow cooker overnight and making up a sauce, etc. Or sometimes just fry them up, since I do like them chewy as well. … I have a pack set out for today, so think I will maybe slow cook them for a few hours and whip up a sauce for them.
