Posting this now in case I forget later!! I got my first delivery of slim wine this week! 0 carbs, 0 sugar, 0 dosage!!! Definitely not drinking this at 7:35am…although that would be kinda fun
I microwave mine by “pulsing” it. Stir in between each 30 seconds in the microwave until the omelet (or cream cheese pancake batter) is just the right firmness. Then it won’t get so dry, because you’re not overcooking it.
Sounds like bread to me. It’s OK, but nothing special. Things like breads, pastas, and rice are typically just delivery systems for something else. They don’t have much taste on their own.
Cinnamon chaffles, pepperoni chaffles, walnut chaffles, tomato chaffles , chocolate chaffles, onion chaffles - you can bake anything into them. I always flavor my chaffles.
I need to make this Today! We have about a pound of homemade pastrami left in the fridge and this is how it’s going down.
I was about to take the picture and got silly. That gross stuff on top is a mix of leftover guacamole & salsa. Red+green=brown, no way around it. The omelette is 3 eggs, bacon, mushrooms & sharp cheddar.
I feel your avocado pain. I’m trying to eat this avocado up quick because it’s going south. I was only able to save a little of it. Sigh
I sometimes pop some hardboiled eggs into my kraut jar for a few days - they’re delicious!

Chicken Dijon (chicken thighs, onion, mushrooms, mustard, loads of crème fraîche) and veg. Perfect bank holiday supper.
