I will remember this method… I know close to nothing about making any meat, we usually make stew, I usually try to fry out of the hell of everything but I start to be more careful… I like liver, I guess but I never ate beef liver, I am curious.
I just can’t get beef liver since I try to. The farm where I buy my beef from stopped selling liver when I started to flirt with carnivore (they still had it when I ordered the first time but they run out of it too quickly so I got none).
But one day I will be successful and do this. Liver, cream and well, not bacon but my usual smoked pork? Nothing can possibly go wrong with that.
