I’ve been working from home for 7 weeks now and I only get dressed when we go shopping. My hubby calls my oversized tee and leggings my “new work uniform “!! I have electrical tape over my laptop camera so it doesn’t inadvertently come on during a meeting
I don’t have any sight-line neighbors so I go down to the coop and garden like that also. At least for light work. I have thick jeans and old shirts for chores that get me dirty.
TMAD Sunday (but only 1 picture.)
Lunch (after my 2.5 mile run):
1 can smoked Vienna Sausages on a cheese wrap w/ homemade mayo. (replace the burgers from below with Vienna Sausages)
Dinner:
2 x 1/3 lb [GF/F 70/30] beef patties on a cheese wrap w/ homemade mayo, lettuce, onion and a side salad w/ homemade mayo
When I first looked at these I have to say, they looked just like the strawberry and vanilla ice cream wafers I used to have as a kid!

They (who is they, anyway?) say you should have a set routine when you get up, to keep a feeling of normalcy. My trouble is, it takes me a couple of hours to really get up! I grab coffee, then settle back to play object search games for a while. THEN, maybe I get dressed, maybe I fire up the Chaffle maker in my nightgown.
I have a friend whose favorite thing is ironing - she says it’s got a zen thing going for her. Me? It’s been so long since I’ve used my iron, I was surprised to find it while hubby & I were sorting out donations before he left. Before today, I’ve never seen the term “smalls” outside of one of my regency romance novels! I have to say, I ADORE being in an international group where I hear terms like “gobsmacked” and “smalls” and “barbie” that I don’t normally hear here in the US.

Actually, I do recognize these quite well. Although it’s been many, many years. Believe they still sell the wafer snack ones, but not sure on the Ice Cream ones?
Asparagus, a leaf of Romaine lettuce, salmon cooked on top of bacon and topped with brie. A small piece of green banana. Green bananas, have not started to develop the sugar content. They can be refrigerated without turning brown. They taste like a banana without the sweet, and they are the best source of resistant starch. I feed fruit to my parrots who live mainly on fruit and nuts in the wild, so sometimes I eat a small piece of green banana to get some resistant starch to feed my biome. Since I tend to lose weight in small wooshes, I weighed again this morning, and sure enough, I now weigh 230. Yes! 90 pounds lost! Time for a celebration! And, do I hear 100?

I was jonesing for bacon & eggs this morning. Result - 3 egg omelette with bacon, spinach, mushrooms, & Dubliner, with a dollop of salsa. Added 3 more pieces of bacon
on the side at the last minute.
A lucky dip in to the freezer today. I thought it was a steak and kidney casserole, but alas, it was a liver and onion casserole!
Tried out an idea I had for a possible Chaffle recipe. So made my Son and I a couple with Ham,Cheese, Hard Salami, Pepperoni and Mayo.
