Assorted cheeses for breakfast:

My wife made a beautiful bowl of apple slices and berries:

Dinner was a frittata with Lebanese-spiced lamb, onion, garlic, scallions, romaine lettuce, fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro), feta made from sheep and goat milk, and walnuts. I served this with mast o moosir, yogurt seasoned with shallots.

Dessert was a dark chocolate bar from Pralus filled with hazelnut and almond paste, with a centre made from candied orange peel:

Lambs liver brunch followed by 1oz medium cheddar
And just enjoyed beef brisket with a little of the madras stock it was slow cooked in. Very very tender not finished it yet but think I need to get the next one out of the freezer to defrost ready to cook when I get home from work tomorrow evening. I will slow cook it in the leftover stock. Good job I don’t mind eating the same thing a few days on the trot.

I love cooking with walnuts! They add pleasantly to most anything, as well as being delicious fresh roasted. I don’t much care for raw walnuts - they have an unpleasant to me side flavor which thankfully disappears with cooking.

Finally tried @kyarn recipe for chicken tenders with lupin flour and protein powder. A WINNER!!! :+1: the fried squash was good also

Today’s earlier Lunch and OMAD… Snack plate of Ham, Roast Beef, Hard Salami and Pepperoni. Then 3 - 1/4 lb. Hotdogs with Chili & Cheese. Ginger Ale Zevia, Almond Milk & a few Smokehouse Almonds.

Just roasted this leg of amb and can’t wait to get stuck in but have an hour or so before I want to eat, though may have to eat earlier as I want to go to the butcher and I guess I will need to eat before going out… decisions decisions !

Lunch from a little earlier… Bacon, Cheese, Egg Chaffle … Sausage, Cheese, Egg Chaffle and 3 Fried Eggs. Also a Cream Soda Zevia and a few Smoked House Almonds.

I started looking through that list, and there are good ideas, but the person who put them together doesn’t “get” keto if they would include a chicken-fried cauliflower recipe using wheat flour. And several use balsamic vinegar. I don’t touch the stuff.

Your BLT is something I’ve been jonesing for! As soon as we get home this weekend …
