Too many! For the whole bar: 57 g total, 54 g net. I wasn’t counting the carbs, though. I knew it was a sweet treat.

Thanks. That is a lot of carbs alright. :slightly_frowning_face:

I didn’t take a picture but I had leftover pizza casserole. The ‘crust’ was riced and seasoned cauliflower (Photo shown yesterday’s meal) But for the leftovers I made a pizza chaffle (additional pepperoni and Rao’s sauce) which elevated it to near perfect. It acted like a real crust. Gosh, Chaffles can really make a difference.

I absolutely LOVE Murray’s cheeses and order online the ones I can’t get at our nearest Signature Kroger (3-hr round trip)

Today was a really good food day for me. Tonight’s dinner was a N.Y. Strip steak, sous vide to 132° and finished off on a cast iron skillet on the BBQ. I made a mushroom gravy to serve with it. Also roasted sweet potatoes with cinnamon and salt. It was a treat to have sweet potato and just 3 medallions hit the spot.

Dessert was homemade low carb ice cream, “Death By Chocolate” (with some sliced almonds mixed in) with a homemade low carb macaroon. It was like eating an Almond Joy.

Dinner: Buttery salmon on a bed of mixed sprouts and Cremini and shitake mushrooms. Breakfast was a handful of blackberries, lunch 2 hardboiled eggs with mayo.

Well, it’s surely been one of those :face_with_symbols_over_mouth: days! :exploding_head: … I mean, it just hasn’t stopped.“It’s a good goddamn thing that I don’t drink” - Wasn’t sure if I was even going to eat anything today, but I just needed some chill time. So sat back and just snacked on some stuff. … Mustard Sardines, Salami, Pepperoni, Olives, Smoked Vienna’s, Black Cherry Zevia, Iced Tea and some Almonds.

I know those days! Thankfully, they pass.

Yeah, they do… but boy do they suck while they’re here though!

Steak and Cheese Salad (Or bun-less S&C, either way works) with Fried Onions and Mushrooms, with some Mayo.

Brunch was fried cauliflower rice, seasoned with onion powder, garlic, and paprika with some frozen peas added in. Topped with 2 eggs fried in avocado oil, and some chicken sausage on the side.

Dinner was slow roasted chicken. I also made a compound butter with Dijon and rosemary and placed it under the skin. Topped it off with leftover mushroom gravy from last night’s dinner. And some roasted mushrooms, broccoli, and onion, and leftover fried cauliflower rice.

I never eat late, works for me
Smell great!!

Same for me, Troy. I try not to eat no later than 5pm, or 6pm at the latest if the meal prep runs a little late. But I just never liked lying down on a somewhat freshly eaten meal. Feels less comfortable to me.

It’s been a while and it’s just a boring poached eggs & bacon lunch but I actually remembered to take a pic. Normally I’m 3 bites in and then I remember!

Salmon Croquettes and roasted zucchini. The croquettes were a fail as far as intent goes, but a winner in flavor. They failed by sticking and then falling apart, so they are not crusty but soft. Ingredients were salmon, pork rind crumbs, eggs, onion, sour cream and cheese. Too much liquid, not enough binder. But then, I usually find croquettes too dry, so… This was part 2 of the salmon, there will be a part 3.

My Son had requested Taco Omelettes for this weekend, so I made him and I some this morning. Sucks though, my large pan which I generally use, is acting up and we’ve noticed it starting to stick more and more lately. So for today, had to use a smaller one, which doesn’t always work as well…

Been a bit tired today, so actually fell asleep for a couple hours, which is a rarity for me… Woke and the Wife was making Cabbage Lasagna. I heated up a Hamburger that was left over when she made the Girls one this morning with their scrambled eggs. … She also made some Bacon-Wrapped Jalopena Poppers as well, so had a few of them while waiting for the Lasagna to finish cooking…

Blasphemy!

How can eggs and bacon ever be boring?
