Thanksgiving was extra hard this year. I miss my dad greatly. So it’s Monday. Here’s what I’m eating today.
And apparently it’s my ketoversary! Down 35 and stuck solid as a rock.

Eating like an OMAD keto post-workout-fuel-king
Belly Pork, Sirloin Steak, Chicken Breast, tomato, garlic, chilli flakes.
Mon-yay dinner is served…
I went to a frend’s house yesterday… she made me fat bombs! And mutton mini wraps! Guess I don’t need to fast every Monday…
And as always her excellent coffee.
Whoa! Awesome.
Man, that’s BRILLIANT. Tell her she has the juice seal of approval.
Right‽
She has started doing low carb, but not keto. She’s Pakistani so rice and dal are a big deal. But she’s cutting back on naan and fruit, and looking up keto recipes. I did caution her to not go too high on the fat if she’s still having carbs. But lower carb is great!
No! In fact, you want to switch your eating schedule around, so your body won’t get used to the routine.
True, but I play soccer on Monday nights and I always play better and have more energy when fasted. Yesterday my tummy was full of fat bombs, mutton, and the chicken wings with cauliflower and broccoli she fed me later. I was not so fast on the field last night!
I try to mix it up by fasting for different amounts of time before a game.
The “bit of everything” lunch, for when you’re not sure what you want. Start with thrice-cooked rump steak, then add hand-selected bacon pieces, guacomole, masadam cheese and bacon-fat-fried eggs. Something for everyone! But mostly for you. #dontshare
