What did you Keto today? Part Deux!
I was trying to decide which thread to put my meal. Here is the original meal I ordered at the Restaurant with my husband celebrating our anniversary of our first date.

Funniest part of the entire evening is my husband surprised me with the Restaurant; he thought we were going to a steak house (I was hoping we were). We had reservations and as soon as we looked at the menu I realized we were in a Sushi/Shashimi restaurant! HA!! I am not only allergic to fishā¦but I donāt like Raw Meat! He asked if I wanted to leave and I said āNo, this is fine.ā I told him to order his Sushi/Shashimi and I found the one item on the menu that was Keto and Seafood free.
Beautiful eggs. Why are yours more orange and mine are from my free ranging chickens?? They need to eat more bugsā¦

450g rump steak special - a 24-hour rump steak finished on a blazing-hot skillet in chefās special blend of macadamia oil and bacon fat, and paired with hand-turned daikon noodles in an Alfredo sauce, alongside locally-sourced green beans, both sauteed in a cast iron pan with beurre noisette.

Actually, you may need to have a word to them, I went back and looked at the unprocessed image and the difference is minimal once the exposure is corrected
Green vegetable pot (cabbage, broccoli, zucchini, asparagus, green beans, with red capsicum, home grown baby spinach leaves, sautƩed in duck fat and butter) served with sensational pork rashers cooked in a homemade Smokey barbecue sauce. Best dinner ECHA!
I love fish and so does my wife. Both kids not so much except smoked salmon and sushi. What is up with that?
Yes, but barely. No choice when shooting with a real camera where the JPG is setup for B&W I select in PhotoMechanic, then export to Lightroom, where I add a touch of vibrance and saturation on importing (canāt add much or it looks weird anyway) along with a little sharpening, then Iāll usually crop it a bit, make sure the exposure is good, maybe deepen the blacks a little, add a very subtle black vignette, and then export. Itās all presets Iāve written for it and tweaked over the years, so itās usually just a few button presses as itās usually pretty good SOOC (which is an ancient Fuji X-T1 with 90/2 or 18-55).
Sometimes Iāll also use an external flash through an umbrella, but I havenāt for a while as itās light later in the evening now summer is approaching (and daylight saving time is here) so no real need. (Unless Iām shooting something like the fatbombs at the top of the thread where Iām using the reflections on the black perspex so I need the light.)
I canāt believe this was the thread I opened this morning. Iām fasting, and now Iām salivating and my stomach is making it very clear that it is EMPTY!
