What did you Keto today? Part Deux!

(Karen) #723

Lovely picture. I think we have the same glasses. :slightly_smiling_face:

(Mike W.) #724

I guess I’m eating lunch today. Found this boneless ribeye at the grocer for $4

(Allie) #725

I had a whole pack of bacon and three eggs for lunch, after more of the random lamb chilli slow cooker thing I created for breakfast.

So I’ve survived two dairy free days so far… I got this :joy:

#726

You got this!.

(Eric - The patient needs to be patient!) #727

My one meal today + 2oz HWC and a ton of coffee.

I love green olives. I ate several before the picture. New Your style half sour pickle. Two eggs fried in Amish butter and decorated with artisan aged (12 month) smoked parmesan cheese.

Fresh sardines seared in amish butter and lots of garlic.

(I Am The Egg Man ku-ku-kachoo) #728

I wish I could find fresh sardines in Oregon.

(Eric - The patient needs to be patient!) #729

First time for me. Fish monger said he was seeing if people wanted fresh ones. I said heck yes. Yummy.

#730

Chicken thigh & charred broccolini salad with tahini sauce :yum:

#731

Score!

(Running from stupidity) #732

We had six, now we have three. Pretty sure my wife is whittling the number down secretly

I’m tempted just to switch over to our much crappier glasses and keep these for the photos

(Running from stupidity) #733

Crispy bacon brekkie! 190g of MCDF-certified A-grade bacon, cooked to perfection in Australian designed and made Solidteknics cast iron, completed by two locally-sourced Victorian poached eggs with hand-ground all-natural Himalayan pink salt and black pepper.

(I Am The Egg Man ku-ku-kachoo) #734

Cabbage sauteed with smoked pork sausage and two braised beef short ribs…fell off the bone tender. Yum.

#735

Grass fed ground beef, mushrooms sauteed in butter and 2 eggs. I am finishing the last of my 90% chocolate (in preparation of no chocolate November) :sob: for dessert.

(Running from stupidity) #736

It’s not QUITE as catchy as Movember, but you never know what will catch on

#737

I’m challenging myself. I think I can do it!

(Michelle isaacson) #738

It was a Petro Station in York Nebraska. The restaurant called “Iron Skillet.”

(Running from stupidity) #739

Chicken overload: A handmade chicken sausage - slow-fried in a mix of house-created ghee and rendered bacon fat - shares the plate with a generous serve of shredded fried chicken mixed through the chef’s secret sweet chilli sour cream sauce to provide a stunning burst of low-carb flavour.

(Joanna Parszyk ) #740

My first FatHead pizza!

(Joanna Parszyk ) #741

Lemon custard

I’m reporting you to the filter-abuse police
