1/2 a large roasted duck with lots of crispy skin and a bit of Sorrento lemon reduction along with green beans with bacon & pine nuts (cooked in bacon fat of course)

If it’s any consolation, I live in the southwestern part of Virginia (literally on the NC line), and we’ve already had a couple thunderstorms roll through and they were nothing. We were under a tornado warning at one point (still under a watch til 5), but all it did was rain a little. Hopefully you don’t have to deal with anything worse than that.

Forgot to take a picture (I’m so bad at remembering!), but I had a 4 egg omelette with leftover cheese sauce from yesterday’s broccoli. I’m so sick of eggs!

Keto at Six Flags over Texas

They were nice enough to give us extra meat and no rolls or tots. Hubby and I made a pact not to cheat even though they only serve junk food here.

My 2nd attempt at the keto rolls. I made the hamburger buns earlier in the week. I made the rolls for hubby because he’s making spaghetti (zoodles) and I had chicken thighs (the pic is my leftovers). I’m leaning towards carnivore. My problem so far is I’m not sure how much to eat. I’m still hungry I think?

We usually just look for the lowest carb store bought spaghetti sauce (we’re lazy lol.) Occasionally we do make alfredo from scratch and throw in some grilled chicken or shrimp for our zoodles.

Chopped up some chicken and made chicken fajita salads. So good. I also put bacon on it because I eat bacon with everything these days !

Bunless hamburger but I forgot to take a picture of it before it was all gone!!! Hubby cooked it on the grill and he makes the best burgers I’ve ever had.

I harvested some lettuce out of the garden for the burgers. Not quite big enough to get a full salad yet, but won’t be long.

Never tried it but I hear people talk a lot about radish potatoes, not sure about the other!

Ah I didn’t notice that, I have done radish roasted potatoes in a slow cooker with a Keto stew and they are pretty good! Au gratin would be neat! Let me know how it goes!

Baked Salmon and Garlic Daikon Mash
Snow Peas and Deep Purple Sauerkraut

Salmon is baked with Moroccan Salt Preserved Lemon and Tunisian Baklouti Green Chili EVO and topped with fresh Peppermint. This was my son’s plate, I just had Salmon, Mash and Soup.

Cauliflower Cheddar Soup

The Daikon Mash was a winner, I like it better than cauliflower mash or fried daikon. The garlic helps it, no radish taste detected. :cowboy_hat_face:
