Calculated their rub. Within limits, easily.
My MiL went on a trip to serbia and brought us some “fresh from the market” delicious kajmak…we decided to eat it with a side of beef burgers and rib-eye my plate is the one on the left
(My husband has ruled.me waffles underneath his burger)
My husband an I had an impromptu lunch date at our local favorite Brazilian grill:
Sirloin, beef rib tips, salmon and roasted & fresh veggies.

Broke a Fast at 46.5 hrs. … Top Sirloin Steak, Dungeness Crab and Shrimp. Also had some Cauli-Egg Salad, Pickles, Olives, some Lindt’s 90% Dark Chocolate, a Strawberry and Brazil Nuts.
Pizza Tuesday! First time eating pepperoni in as long as I can remember… also added bacon. It’s the 4th day in a row I’ve had bacon.
Nice… Thinking of making one this weekend myself.
As for Pepperoni, we keep that well stocked here. Use it in all kinds of stuff, Salads, Casseroles, etc. And eat quite a bit just plain. … But it excels on Pizza! And my Wife’s favorite is Pepperoni/Bacon.

Breakfast and a small NSV. It appears that they forgot to add sugar free vanilla syrup to this; but to my surprise, I don’t mind it. In fact, I like it. Maybe I’m officially a former sugar addict now
There’s layers of keto goodness in this bowl!! Spinach and ghee on the bottom, then topped with chicken/egg mayo, then topped with avocado! I smashed a tabata HIIT at lunch so this is well deserved!
