Tonight’s dinner was a nice simple one…I got a gammon joint but it didn’t go round three of us so I threw some leftover chicken in for luck! Had mushrooms and green beans on the side and drizzled the lot with garlic ghee!

Oh. Umm… it’s a metric measurement. Likely the same as dL.
1 dl is a little less than a half cup. Since 1/2 dl is used in the recipe, you could use a slightly small 1/4 cup.

Two minute dinner. Chopped cheddar mets, shredded cheese, buffalo wing sauce drizzle and one celery stalk chopped. Dessert is butter sprayed and cinnamon sprinkled pork rinds. It’s not my mother’s Sunday dinner, that’s for sure!

Didn’t do the Salami Taco’s tonight, since the Wife was already planning something else. A Hamburger, Broccoli and Cheese dish, which she & my Son ate. … I had Dungeness Crab, Shrimp, Pickles/Olives. Then 1st time since February, had some Macadamia Nuts & 2 squares 92% Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate.

Trying chicken again. Guess for the time being I’m not really a vegetarian anymore! Still not sure if it’s a permanent change or an experiment.
This is a baked chicken breast with a crust made of Parmesan, various Italian herbs and spices, and olive oil mayo. Tried to fatten it up further by dipping it in ranch dressing :yum:
It’s actually quite good. Like chicken Parmesan without the tomatoes

I think the pieces were too big, it I do it again I will cut them into tenders so that the topping covers more of each bite and maybe stays on better.
