Were they pre cooked frozen shrimp? Raw are better and unless they’re giant they cook in about 3 minutes tops.
What did you Keto today? Part Deux!
My body decided to activate its satiety signal half way through. Shocked me by showing up to the party.
I could’ve eaten it all but then I doubt I could’ve moved after.
Just trying to be good😁
Nope, definitely a good call listening to your body. … It does happen to me too, just not very often. Most times I do share some with the pups, but there are times I will seem to be full way before I thought I would, but then I will just share more with the pups.
That looks very good. Tilapia is up next after salmon and I think I’m going to have to use that recipe! I loved the tuna I had yesterday but shrimp might need more work for me to get comfortable with lol. I remember liking crab and disliking lobster although I think I only had lobster once. I’m not sure if I’ve ever had clams before (stopped eating meat and seafood when I was 19, didn’t get a lot of culinary experiences before that). I plan on making salmon and asparagus for our anniversary dinner Tuesday, just a simple baked recipe. I’m trying as much fish as possible as soon as possible…Full immersion
These were frozen raw, all deveined and no tails. Didn’t think I had it in me to devein them myself . I might have cooked it too long on account I’m terrified of food poisoning from them. I’m not even sure I’ve ever cooked shrimp before tonight … it’s been so long I can’t remember. I know I’ve done tuna steaks and salmon. Salmon is up next and then tilapia, maybe rainbow trout. I hear trout is good.
Smoked salmon, hard boiled eggs, crispy chorizo slices, home made mayo and a slice of toasted coconut flour bread for lunch today!
50 hour sous vide corned beef (fatty point portion), outstanding flavor, never boil again!
!Rinse, pat dry, seasoning spice package, seal in a food saver bag and into the hot tub for 50 hours at 140 degrees. A quick 1 minute pan fry
5 minutes prep time, set it and forget it.
Tonight’s dinner was more salmon! With roasted kale and tenderstem broccoli, drizzled with garlic ghee. I discovered tonight that crispy kale isn’t very fork-friendly!
Italian seasoned chicken and Brussels Sprouts cooked in bacon grease and topped with oregano goat cheese.
Waiting for my daughter’s practice to be over and I’m so so hungry.
Pro tip: this is NOT the thread to look at when you’re feeling that way
