That looks very good. Tilapia is up next after salmon and I think I’m going to have to use that recipe! I loved the tuna I had yesterday but shrimp might need more work for me to get comfortable with lol. I remember liking crab and disliking lobster although I think I only had lobster once. I’m not sure if I’ve ever had clams before (stopped eating meat and seafood when I was 19, didn’t get a lot of culinary experiences before that). I plan on making salmon and asparagus for our anniversary dinner Tuesday, just a simple baked recipe. I’m trying as much fish as possible as soon as possible…Full immersion :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

These were frozen raw, all deveined and no tails. Didn’t think I had it in me to devein them myself :nauseated_face:. I might have cooked it too long on account I’m terrified of food poisoning from them. I’m not even sure I’ve ever cooked shrimp before tonight … it’s been so long I can’t remember. I know I’ve done tuna steaks and salmon. Salmon is up next and then tilapia, maybe rainbow trout. I hear trout is good.

50 hour sous vide corned beef (fatty point portion), outstanding flavor, never boil again!

Rinse, pat dry, seasoning spice package, seal in a food saver bag and into the hot tub for 50 hours at 140 degrees. A quick 1 minute pan fry

5 minutes prep time, set it and forget it.
