Simple, but grand. … 6 pack fried eggs, some Bacon and 2 Cheddar Cheddarwurst. (Fried up in butter) … Then ate my last square of 90% Lindt.
… But running out, so will probably get some for later.
I think ribeye would be just about as good a way to sop up runny yolks as is bacon!
I have enough in the house now to get us into 2019 - Lily’s dark chocolate bars are on sale 2/$5 at Sprouts this week, so I loaded up ($40 Worth!). Hubby and I are satisfied with just 1/3 bar at a time, and we don’t usually indulge more than once a week, so they go a long way. Just tried the “Extremely Dark” (85%) last night for the first time, and it is excellent.
I have a bag and need to do something with them! I guess the Instant Pot will be busy this week! Not a problem, because hubby will be home next week and loves chili!

Was thinking of doing some nice Steaks on the Grill, or after using the Souse Vide, then grill it. … But after heading out for a ride, I ended up picking up a nice Bushel of #1 Male - Blue Crabs. (They actually threw in an extra dozen or so as well) … So I will be picking and eating these all weekend.
Steamed them up about an hour ago. Actually borrowed another pot from my neighbor, and then returned it with some crabs of course. … Also have some Catfish Nuggets and some Cod Filets in the oven presently.
These were just the extras they through in. … Probably 8 to 9 dozen in total. ($115 wasn’t too bad)
I’m making Sous vide eggs tomorrow! Egg white, cottage cheese and red peppers for the one kind and cheddar, egg and bacon for the next! How did yours turn out?
Having grown up in coastal Georgia, I can tell you for a fact, that if you had to depend on picking crabs to survive you’d be dead by now. Love the taste but it’s more of a side dish for me. If you want to talk about Dungeness Crab, well that’s entirely another story!
