No, I actually wasn’t… But I don’t snack, I EAT when I eat!
Plus, those are quite small patties. I could hide two or three under one of mine!

Deviled eggs for snacking, whipped heavy cream with vanilla a few crushed blackberries for dessert later, flour free okonomiyaki with mayo for dinner. Also, a bonus pic of my little kitchen helper hoping for some samples
Ok, so I can’t recall just what thread it was in, but I’m pretty sure some of the culprits were @Janie @Regina @anon54735292 … And sorry, can’t recall how many more. But it was when everyone was telling how they hide food from family members, and this was usually done under vegetable, fruits, etc. Ya know, that food that’s really good for ya! … Well, anyway, the wife sent me this image that might be helpful. Don’t know what it’s name is, but maybe something like ‘The Keto-Kage?’
Looks like a Combo Lock, so you just don’t want to lose the combination, else you’ll be self-punishing.
Bad thing is, I’m pretty sure there’s a pack of Cookies in there. … Mine would be full of Steak and Pickles.
Huge platter of beef, chicken and chorizo fajitas at dinner. Wasn’t great but not terrible… but what I expect when I eat Mexican food north of the Red River.
Ice storm due here overnight so may be working from my hotel room tomorrow. Lots of dinner leftovers so I won’t go hungry (not that it’s s big problem anymore ) and it is surely better than the crap carb-fest/fake eggs/terrible sausage breakfast the hotel offers!!
I ate all the guacamole, loaded up the meat and sour cream into my to-go box. Left the rest.
Oh yeah - no problemo staying keto at a European hotel. Just have to put blinders on when I pass the awesome loaf of artisan bread with the napkin draped over it for sanitary slicing.
Currently baking bread rolls for the husband - they smell amazing but I know they never taste as good as the smell
Guess I didn’t know they came and other flavors. This is a terrifically different from just plain old Parmesan cheese crisps
Cheese crisps are easy to make in the microwave, and you can make them with any cheeses and whatever flavorings you want.
I can turn a 12-slice package of cheese into cheese crisps in less than 10 minutes (4 batches; 3 slices per batch; 2 minutes per batch). You can use silicon cupcake molds, but I find the 3-well and 6-well silicon trays so much easier to load and unload. I’ve created crisps with sliced cheeses, sliced off from blocks, and shredded. They all work.
But you really need the silicon molds to keep their shape and texture consistent. I used to make them on parchment paper or a silicon mat, and they tend to spread all over when the cheese gets molten.
And there was just a YouTube video today on making keto caramel popcorn flavored cheese crisps:
I can’t stop thinking about those! I’m going to try making some with Nigella seeds
Keto crepes with raspberry sauce (mostly between the layers,) bacon and soda with more raspberries. Also two little tangerine-clove pomanders that will hopefully dry before they go bad. They smell really nice.
