I just made the perfect pizza… meant to get some bacon and mushrooms for it but decided to use up freezer food instead so beef and broccoli pizza it is.
This will do breakfast for four days next week. I’ve got a new batch of Bulgarian yoghurt made up, that (with berries and chia) will do lunches at work and that’s pretty much my food sorted for the week.

fingers crossed this does the trick! I even toasted up some keto bread and ate it with almond butter while I was waiting for my eggs to cook!




Each time I feel like I’m getting better, I wake up all stuffed up, weak, etc. Been falling asleep periodically throughout the day too, which is also a sign of when I’m under the weather. … Plus, I’m scheduled to return to work Tuesday, so I was hoping. 
She used American Cheese inside (Which is what’s melting out in the pic) along with a bunch of sliced Ham, and then some shredded Cheddar on the outside.
