Yes, I am careful with them too, but since I do only 1 meal a day it is easier to track everything and to add nuts as I love them!

Wednesday night OMAD … After this meal, I will be doing a short 48hr fast.
Salad (w/ Homemade Mayo), uncured Polish Kiolbassa, Ham, Colby and Comté cheese, other half of the beef tongue, deviled eggs, half and Avocado and Pickles.
I really liked the beef tongue grilled on the grill, but I found that the slices need to be thin … or it’s too tough.
Collard greens, cherry tomatoes, daikon, orange bell peppers with homemade balsamic dressing. (Balsamic, oil blend {olive, walnut, flax}, Dijon, garlic powder, salt & pepper)
My daughter’s preschool had a Christmas event and asked the parents to bring food for a potluck. I knew just the thing.
I cooked up 4lbs of bacon (thanks Costco) and brought that along. It didn’t last long and I saw tons of people come back for more (I mean, it’s bacon!)
Surprisingly I didn’t eat any of it (or anything) as I had absolutely zero appetite.
Compromise meal, shite day had me craving [spoiler]chip & baked bean butties[/spoiler] had higher carb veggies with lots of butter instead.
One of the best things I’ve made recently. A copycat of zuppa Toscano soup subbed with cauliflower. Perfect for a chilly rainy day in the south.
The Deceptiburger lunch. Sous vide eggs with market-sourced bacon share the plate with a stuffed hamburger patty. Not only is the patty smothered in melted brie, hidden inside it has mozzarella, parmesan and cheddar melting over hand-cut salami and pickled jalapeno slices.
