3 layers vanilla cake with raspberry diplomat cream (lowered the sugar content), and icing. The cream is quite rich. 9 egg yolks, HWC, very little sugar considering the volume of finished product.)

Honestly, the tiramisu didn’t seem to do much damage. I don’t think there were all that many carbs in it compared to other sweets.
