Before I dove into Keto last summer I was into Paleo for a few years. My Paleo bible was Well Fed by Melissa Joulwan, so many gems in this cookbook. I find myself going back to Well Fed now that I’m Keto time and time again. If anyone is looking for a realistic meal prep blueprint, great recipes, lots of flavorful simple recipes, then this is the book for you. Some of my favorites are:

I :heart: Mel! I even got to meet her as she lived near me. Signed all my books too. I was drawn to her writing style and it doesn’t hurt that her food is yummy too. So many of her sauces can be used on anything to add fat.

I have both of her (Also tried paleo for a while, got stuck on the 80/20 thing) books. Very good recipes.

I got stuck on the 80/20 thing too. I did have a lot of success on Whole30 but it was a bit too restrictive to implement full-time.

Her and Michelle Tam from Nom Nom Paleo have long been favorites of mine.

yeah, I’m all or nothing, 80/20 would never work for me.

Yes I love her recipes! Very easy to adapt to Keto

Totally agree…both authors really have some great easy to do recipes with fabulous flavor. I still use Melissa’s mayo recipe weekly.
