Weird tummy 2nd day of 16:8 IF?

Happened yesterday and worse today, that when I had my little fat bomb at noon my stomach went crazy with the noise and then 30 minutes after I ate the protein meal (scrambled eggs, hwc, cheese) I can’t trust a fart not to be disaster pants. I will of course try not eating eggs tomorrow and see what happens, but any and all insight into stopping this is welcome. I’m not in pain, just really noisy and ahem productive.

Liquid is far easier to pass than rock solid - I find some spinach steamed with chopped mushrooms cooked in butter and shredded mozzarella helps to resolve the looser mode. Good luck finding the happy medium… :slight_smile:

I’m curious if your fat bombs have MCT oil in them? That stuff makes me really productive… as well… :flushed:

I am too scared to try MCT oil. My fat bomb of choice is a tablespoon of heavy cream in 8oz of hot water with salt. I also do the occasional tablespoon of coconut oil with salt. Whatever it was seems to have righted itself by day 3.
