Going in for a quick 68 hour fast between Friday, 5:00 PM (6/1/18) to Monday, 1:00 PM (6/4/18) US Eastern Standard Time.
Starting Stats:
32, Male, Average build
188 lbs, 21% body fat
Just ate a donut for national donut day.
Week has been pretty ‘carby’ so i figured I need to give my body a chance to run through all that glycogen with a few hours of fasting.
