Waist-less Bacon Egg Soup

2 slices thick cut bacon
3 large eggs

Slowly fry bacon until very crisp, turning occasionally.

Separate egg yolks & whites into 2 small bowls.

To whites add splash of water, salt & pepper. Whisk with fork, microwave ~66 sec; repeat for ~44 sec.

Dump hot whites into yolks and whisk with fork.

When bacon is done use fork to lift slices out of fat onto plate, pour all of fat (~3 tbsp) into eggs and whisk with fork.

When cool break bacon into bits with fingers, add to eggs, mix with fork.

Eat with soup spoon.
