Veggies and Carbs

I never even heard about this 7-9 cups (and I still don’t have the vaguest idea if it means something weight wise).
I needed supplements only on vegetarian keto, problems always came in a few days without them (I took only magnesium). Carnivore is fine even though I eat little meat (I do it on/off for reasons but some days are enough to see the difference). No idea if it’s the meat or the lack of plants or both but I don’t get cramps due to magnesium deficiency anymore (I admittedly consumed very little magnesium on vegetarian keto but it can’t be much more now so the requirement went down or something even more complex happened due to the diet change).

Thank you all for the thoughts. I’m sensing a general consensus that most people do not feel like 7-9 cups are necessary. I will stick with my 4-6 ounces most days of broccoli or cauliflower to go with my meals, and again be happy that I am eating more vegetables and more often than I used to.
