I lost all but the last 10 pounds (out of 40) without fasting. As my hunger declined I natrually gravitated towards 2 meals a day, which is considered Intermittant Fasting.

I started fasting after 6 months so was fat adapted and didn’t find it too difficult and it did help me drop the last 10 stubborn pounds. But not needed and keto is enough for most.
