Hey guys! I’m on day two of keto and I have a slightly embarrassing symptom since I’ve started. I’ve been having really loose stools and I’m probably going to attribute it to my body freaking out that A I’m no longer eating junk and B I’m loading my body up with fats. About how long did this last if any of you guys have experienced it?
I’ve been lightheaded since yesterday and made sure to add some salt to my food and drink some in my water today. It hasn’t helped much unfortunately :c I haven’t had this much difficulty since I first started keto earlier this summer. Getting back on the horse this time is really kicking my rear!
