Two months in - Not losing weight

Hi. Are you taking Magnesium ( e.g. Citrate ) or other vitamins ( D, C… ) and minerals ( Zinc … )? It could help maybe, because many people’re deficient of Magnesium. But this is only my opinion.

I still haven’t lost more than 6 pounds after three months. It’s very frustrating and some days I want to just give in. I’m going to start eliminating HWC (which means no coffee which stresses me out which will raise my cortisol and keep me from loosing anything), then maybe cheese but I’m not giving up butter.
