Why why do I forget to take a picture??? In this case, because it disappeared so fast. Coarsly chopped cauliflower, cubes of cheese, cubed mushrooms, chopped onion, garlic, mucho cans of tuna, mixed together then spread into a lasagna pan. Pour over HWC, top with more cheese and smashed up pork rinds. Big hit.
