Trying to make keto our way!

My husband and I are starting our 3rd week of our Keto /Paleo diet. The book we bought has so many recipes, but too many of them aren’t things we like. I’ve been checking out some recipes online, but so many Keto recipes rely on dairy products that we can have. I am looking for a good macro tracker app to use. I also would like to find a ‘dairy free’ recipe site.

There are many non dairy subs for most things. Found this on google. I only briefly skimmed it but, it seemed to cover a variety of dairy products.

Otherwise, stick to cooking whole foods (meat & veggies) in any approved oil - EVOO, coconut, avocado, etc.
