Caffeine is a difficult habit to kick I’m no longer doing IF, I’m currently carnivore, and eat mostly twice a day, on rare occasions OMAD. I’ve decreased my coffee consumption to three cups a day, which seems to be what I can tolerate without digestive discomfort. Dreading the withdrawal and headaches that accompany going cold turkey, I’m hoping I can decrease my consumption in a manner that doesn’t cause me too much pain
