Tried NOT counting calories and scale went UP

Notice Paulene’s graph is WEEKLY not daily. And her weight went up 2 weeks in a row after her initial loss the first week. If she had given up because of the scale she would have missed all the benefits of keto.

Also notice the large drops after a small gain. Its called the whoosh effect and there in a nice video by a nurse explaining it. I’ll see if i can find it and post
