Trader Joe's Pork Belly

Sorry if this is a silly question or if it’s been asked and answered before. I tried a search and wasn’t successful.

I have a yummy Trader Joe’s Pork Belly in my 'fridge. Last time I was there I bought 2 of them, and when I prepared the first I simply sliced it and fried it up in a cast iron skillet. I was out of this world.

I was wondering if there are any other ways to cook it. Any recipe with extra added ingredients or a different technique to make it even more scrumptious?!?

If I’m understanding correctly, the recipes I’ve seen on this site are for pork belly that is not pre-cooked, right? That’s different than what I got at Trader Joe’s I’m thinking.

Any advice you could provide would be appreciated.
