Tracking body measurements

#1

Hi I did a search and couldn’t find anything that matched to what I’m looking for so hopefully somebody can help me. I was living keto lifestyle for many many months and lost over 20 lb. Was very happy with less inflammation and everything that went along with keto except for the hair loss. But after a death in the family I fell off the wagon and ate all the carbs. I’m trying to get back on to this way of life and eating and I’m going to start by recording my beginning weight and my body measurements so I can track weekly my progress. Does anybody have an app or a spreadsheet that they use to Monitor and track their body measurements My Fitness Pal doesn’t allow me to enter all my body measurements. Thank you

MFP does allow for “custom fields” so you may add measurements to your heart’s content.

I’ve switched from MFP to Cronometer, as it has many common biometric fields defined by default. However, these tracking apps cause more confusion and dispiriting then is helpful, particularly for the newbie.

Something else you can do, if you aren’t already doing it, is to find a pair of pants/shorts and a t-shirt that fit just snug. Keep it separate and don’t wash it…just put them on once a week and see if you notice differences.
