Ingredients:
1 cup - almond flour
¾ cup - golden flax seed, ground
¼ cup - coconut flour
2 tbsp - whole psyllium husks
2 tbsp - chia seeds, ground
1 tsp - salt
1 cup - water, lukewarm + 2-4 tbsp if the dough is too dry
2 tbsp - coconut oil to grease the pan (if needed)
Instructions how to make keto tortillas:

Combine coconut flour, almond flour, and psyllium husks in a bowl. Grind chia and flax seeds using a mortar and pestle, spice grinder, coffee mill, or blender until very fine. Add to bowl.

Pour in the water and mix until well combined using your hands. If needed, add a few more tablespoons of water. Be careful with the water. If you use too much water, the dough will get too sticky and difficult to roll.
Let the dough rest in the fridge up to an hour.

Remove from the fridge Cut the dough into 8 equal pieces if using a 12 in pan.

Place a piece of the dough between two pieces of baking paper Roll out until the dough is very thin.

Sear on a hot nonstick pan, or a greased cast iron. once brown marks form wrap in plastic and store in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
