Too much weight loss

So here’s my problem. Combining IF into my keto I’m dropping weight too fast. The scale says 167, calipers put me at about 150 lbm. My goal is to weigh between 170-175 with low enough BF to seemy abs. I’ve added a lot more protien but looking for advice on what to do.

Why are you dedicated to a specific weight number? If you want to weigh a certain amount and your body isn’t going to hold onto that in fat, you’ll need to up your LBM. You’ll need to up your LBM anyways if you want low enough BF to see your abs and still weight 170 something.

I decided for my small frame 170ish pounds lean would be about right. At 48 years oldi don’t see me putting on a ton of muscle.

I wonder if eating enough protien to put on mass is just going to throw me out of ketosis anyway

If your LBM now is 150 and you want to be lean enough to see abs then either you work on gaining muscle to hit your weight goal, give up on seeing abs and do maintenance, or give up your weight number. In all honesty, your body doesn’t care about an arbitrary number you decided on and you shouldn’t either. To put it in perspective, I’m a nearly 6 foot tall woman and the last time I looked best was at 160 on a larger frame. And, plenty of people gain muscle at any time in their lives.
