Omg you sound like me. Definitely we coach each other. It’s a pleasure to meet you. I listen to Ken Berry dr Berg and Ketosnackz. I’m one day in. Stay in touch

We are all different.
For some the vegan works. For some the keto.

It’s all a personal journey in the end.

No one can tell you the right answer but you.

And the science behind everything changes so often that that too can be an issue.

Sometimes it’s as simple as as piece of paper and a pencil.

Pros and possible cons of both. Overall health goals. What works best for you? Write it down and do a comparison.

Yesterday I came across this vegan Dr John McDougall and almost lost it. Lol.

After some further research and introspection, I wasn’t convinced by his lecture.

I could tell you my conclusions and what works for me, but again you are special and different.

Question, poke, prod, try something, see how it works. And keep questioning till you’re convinced or make a change.

Listen to your body.

You can do it! I have lost 15 pounds in 1 1/2 months. Unfortunately. Had to cut way back on the fat because my body was in revolt. What saved
Me was atkins coconut chocolate bars, whisps, and keto english muffins! Yum. I could have done keto for years. Now, i eat meat, veges, no sugar and about 35- 50 carbs day but try not to have so much butter, cream cheese, bacon etc. I have a super easy good recipe for the muffins if you want it. Total prep andcook time=3minutes! Rhonda

Thank you Jill. This is true everyone is different. If we knew without a doubt, we would all be thin. Lol. I know when I eat vegan foods I put on weight and my belly gets so big. So for now I am sticking with the keto and will mark my progress. Once again thank you for recognizing that we are individuals.
