Today I discovered

1 cup of almond flour
1 tablespoon peanut butter powder
1 egg white
Good pinch of salt

Combine to make stiff dough
Roll out thin on parchment paper, or Silpat, and mark into small squares
Bake at 350 for 12 minutes

Crunch, crunch, yum!
