lately I’ve been doing IF from around 18-21 hours and whenever i break my fast, i’m soooo sleepy and generally nap from 1-3 hours.
any advice on what I can do differently?

take ACV with the meal
take salt + magnesium with the meal
if still the symptoms persist take digestive enzymes with the meal
any salt and any magnesium supplement will do for the time being.
if you do not have magnesium supplements, eat lots of leafy greens and search the net for which food has the highest magnesium contents.
make sure you take the supplements with Apple cider viniger say one table spoon with third glass of water to improve metal absorption . also make it with the meal not while hungry.
as much as I wish I could, lately I can’t tolerate apple cider vinegar anymore. I’ve been taking it for a year or so but now, I just can’t stomach it anymore.
