Tips, Ideas, Give me all you've got!

Fell off the wagon due to a lot of stress (busy work) and lack of sleep. Going to do a five day extended fast and follow up with being on Keto and whole foods.

After all the sugar and carbs, I need every possible idea for staying out of the kitchen during these five days. I am excited as I love this fall weather and want to feel as healthy physically as I do mentally right now.

Also I plan on taking any grocery money I save and donating to the hurricane relief. Anyone want to join me?
