I’ve never done an EF gone beyond bout 49-50 hours, but want to do an EF of 96 and ideally 120 hours (5 days) starting tonight. Any tips from more seasoned hands? Do you encounter any obstacles going over 48?

Counterintuitively, hunger will dissipate after the first 24-48 hours. Any physical symptoms from that point and after can be eliminated if you make sure you have your electrolytes in check. Some exercise will speed up autophagy, but don’t overdo it. Do what you feel comfortable doing. If you feel like you absolutely must have something (esp if you don’t have much excess bofyfat) then have some fat, for instance butter or coconut oil since fat barely affects insulin so you’re good to go. Keep yourself busy, hunger is mostly mental. Enjoy!
