and over the weekend we have heard that the appeal is going ahead this week, it is unbelievable as they have not issues any new evidence at all …

Hmm … on an OMAD day, an apple pancake with a side of bacon May or may not have been known to happen :wink: - but yes, that is a very unusual source of carbs these days. Give me spinach and kale and avocado and a bit of red onion instead and both me and my bowels will be quite happy :slight_smile:
