New things I learned today … #1 Pork rinds are my new BFF! #2 Chocolate covered pork rinds are WOW! (I dipped some whole and then I crushed some up slightly and put them in the chocolate and then put spoonfuls on a sil pat sheet and froze for a few minutes … tastes like those rice crispy chocolate bars!) … #3 I reconfirmed that plain avocados are just not my thing, even covered in chocolate (yep, I tried! They would definitely be worth your try if you like avocado!) … and last but not least #4 I learned that bacon should be left alone to be it’s wonderful self because covering it in chocolate makes it gross! BTW … I used 85% chocolate mixed with coconut oil for dipping and only used one serving to make my creations so I didn’t binge.

I tried my hardest to like it but … just … no … (hangs head in shame knowing that now she may never be seen as a true ketoite by the citizens of ketopia) … “stay tuned folks for the continuing saga … will she redeem herself? I have candy molds arriving today from Amazon. I think I must try using pork rinds as a substitute for crisped rice. So let it be written…so let it be done!
