Thick sliced pork belly

My hubby picked up some thick sliced pork belly . I haven’t ever had any lol. Do I just cook it like bacon?

There are a few recipes here! It needs a little more love than just a quick pan fry. It is heavenly.

Anyone have simple pork belly recipes? Share them here! I’ve got some and never cooked it before. Plan on taking it out of the freezer and making something with it this weekend. My New Year’s resolution - cook more pork belly!!

I just fry it like a pork chop. Same spices. Costco by me had some huge pack. also works great on salads.
